To report an issue with your trip:

  • Open the side menu by clicking on the three lines on the top left of the screen
  • ¬†Click "Trip history"
  • Select the trip you had an issue with
  • Click "Problems with this trip" at the bottom
  • Select the report category that best fits your issue
  • Provide extra information.¬†

Alternatively contact us via the in-app chat accessible through the help section under "chat to a real human".
